Is it original?

I just got my truck and was wondering if the four wheel drive would be listed on the option sheet in the glove box. Its a 72super cheyenne, it has four wheel drive and looks to be original, but I just not to familiar with the 4x4's. This is my first.

What is your vin number? It should start with a K, the plate is on the drivers door jamb.

4 wheel drive is not an option, it has its own model number.
The model number will tell you if it is a short wheel base, step or fleet, inline 6, V-6 or V-8, and other things too.
This is why you'll never see a bed type or 4X4 or 3/4 ton ect on an option sheet.
