Performance Vortec 350? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Have heard that a set of headers and an air cleaner might make a noticable power increase on the 350 vortec. Mine is a "98"
2500hd that came with the 3.5" exhaust from the factory. Power is good now, but as you all know, more is better. Would the computor need to be reprogramed after these mods and where can the parts be found?

Pete, have you tried Summit Racing for the hop-up parts...they should have them and their tech line is very helpfull to.
