WTB: 69-72 4x4 bad!!
Hello I am looking for a 69-72 4x4, in rough condition. It needs to be in good to decent mechanical condition and can be driven from wherever it is located. Body doesn't really matter as long as the body doesn't have severe rust. I have the cash and I am willing to travel to pick it up.
Thanks |

I have a nice 4X4 frame with 350/350TH and 205 transfer. I also have nice rust free cabs and front clips for 69 chevy or 70-71 GMC. I could assemble one for you for 3000. It would come with clear AZ title.

I'm ready to sell my 72 GMC K-10. I just don't have the time to put into what I want to do to it. It is exactly as you describe- very good mechanically and not so good body wise. The body is pretty good, but the PO did a cr*p-job of painting it. There is some rust under the cab. I have a new cab that I am fixing and I was planning on swapping it out.
I really want to redo this truck, but I just don't have the time. The truck is stock except for an HEI dist. Its a 350/350 with a NP 205. Everything works except 4-hi. It's a lwb with a tool-side bed. I would take $4,500 obo and that includes the cab I am fixing and some other parts I have. We could work out a price if you do not want the cab. The good news is that I am less than 50 miles from you in Sac . |

How rough is rough? I have a 70 1/2 ton Longbed that has a rough body. It's going to need a cab and some other parts. I was told it ran, but the previous owner had a mouse chew through the harness, so it needs some electrical work. PM an email and we can discuss it if you are interested.

I think that is a little too rough. This will be my first project so It needs to be a little easier work. I want something I can drive and enjoy while I work on it. Thanks for the replies though, i appreciate the responses.
