Yes they will fit, those are the wheels I have. I do have the six lug version though, so not sure on that part.
And don't believe that they will cost you $800 at a dealer. I got mine brand new locally for $375 brand new, including tax and shipping.

Like greesemonkey said 800 new is really high but they are pretty sweet wheel's... I would call around your local tire/wheel dealer's and price the same set to see how much of a good deal it is..
