Manual Trans Fluid?
I have a 1990 Sierra Club Coupe Wideside with a 5.7 Liter V-8 and 5 speed manual transmission w/overdrive. What does the tranny take...80w-90 or Dextron II? The owners manual is conflicting. Is RPO-ML2, ML3, MH3, MG5 the clue to identifying the trans? If so, where is the identifying tag located on the trans? There is no dipstick, only the plug on the side to put fluid in.
