Anyone else having this problem?
The paint on my '96 white Lumina is bubbling up & peeling on the hood & trunk. I took it to 2 body shops & they said it is a factory defect. The strange thing is that I have found 7 other people with white Lumina's (different years) that have the exact same problem in the exact same spots. General Motors won't do anything about it because they said no recalls have been issued. Anyone out there having this problem?
