Moser Engineering also makes them for Impala/truck 12-bolts. Here's a link:

http://www.moserengineering.com/mose...ts.asp?CatID=2

Although you may have read magazine articles about how easy they are to install, or you may have heard of guys using a Sawz-all and did it in their driveway in an hour, I'd caution against that.

The ends of your housing have to be cut off quite precisely, or you'll wear out the bearings very very quickly.

Also, C-clip eliminator kits are notorious for leaking.

Swapping to rear disc will also "retain" your axles.

On the subject of rear disc brakes, is there a kit you can buy somewhere?...one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Or...are there any vehicles we can pull from that will bolt up with little to no modification?

Cadillac Seville has the same bolt pattern and has a provision to an e-brake. Most all aftermarket kits use these. You will need to make/modify the mounting bracket.
What to look for is a 79-85 Cadillac El Dorado, Olds Toronado or Seville.
