Is it worth it?

I have found a 72 a/c cab at a yard here in north oklahoma for $125.

It needs the normal rockers and corners and some floor replaced. It is is better shape than the current cab I have (mine has windshield rot as well). It is not a high hump ( which I need), but I am farely sure I can cut my high hump out and replace it to the low hump cab.

Windshield is not good, but it has the chrome trim around the front & the back.

So it is in better shape that the one i have and it is local, then does that price seem off base?

Thanks

Ron

Ron, thats a decent price, if the cab mounts are good. Your high hump will unbolt out of your old cab, and you'll have to cut out section and drill holes in the new cab to sit your high hump in. I got new floor pans, rockers, some cab mounts, not sure if I got any corners left. Randy

Hey Randy,

I can still keep my business with you for those parts. This may be a better thing logistically since this one is local. I won't have to worry about getting one from out of town and the hassle trying to get it here.

Thanks for your input.

Ron
