Wow...I am jealous! That is some fine work, Earl. Do you use a heat sink on the back side of really thin pieces when butt welding them? I did an antenna hole in a cowl recently and could not run my welder cold enough to prevent burn through. I finally had to just stitch it until I had enough there to work with. What a mess! After I was done I thought I should have used a heat sink behind it. I have a big copper bar I use whenever I think about it.

Mike, no I don't. I just try to use enough heat for good penetration and be fast enough so there is no burn through or warpage.

Maybe try grouping the pictures into catagories and labeling them, otherwise looks good.

I agree with GeeEmm, tidy up the way the pictures are set up and labeled. Another thing to really consider is adding some type of online ordering, and credit cards or PayPal. Lots of people would do the impulse buy, but if they have to fill something out they may pass it up. Just a thought.

Your right... simple is good. You might arrange the pics into segments letting folks know which CD you are emphasizing.

Nicely done on the site.
Only thing I can think of is what ljbear said about a "buy now" function. I think you might get a few more sales when someone can just click on a button and type in a credit card number. I am no web developer but I think it's a bit more involved.
You sir are quite amazing at what you do.

Your metal working skills are amazing. If I wasn't already done with the rust repair on my truck, I'd definitely by your DVD's. Wanna do a video series for rust repair on a '56 Chevy station wagon???? That's my next project.

Do these videos explain proper welding/grinding procedures or is it mainly showing the proper way to fit patch panels on these trucks? In other words, would the information contained on these videos be helpful for all auto/truck sheet metal projects?

One suggestion for your site would be to use thumbnail pics instead of just links (I.e. Pic 15). (make it more visual)
