what to replace while doing front lift?

I'm going to put in a 3" suspension lift into my '89 suburban 1/2 ton 2wd. What should I replace while I'm in there?

inner tie rod?
outer tie rod?
ball joint?

I definitely need to replace the control arm bushings. It seems like there are polyurathene (sp) ones and even ones w/ metal sleeves on them ranging from $30-$80. Which kind are the best? Is there much of a difference?
