getting vacuum source for brake booster
where do you get the vacuum source for a brake booster?.....didnt know if it was on the backside of the intake or the back of the carb.....on my new edelbrock it has a plug in the back that has something to do with vacuum, and on the intake i have a T fitting with one line going to the transmission i think and the other line going to the vacuum cannister for the A/C....where do i need to be going to get vacuum for the booster?

You can get it from the plug at the back of the Edelbrock carb, or from the port on the intake directly behind the carb. Either source should work fine, although it woudl proably be easier to tie into the threaded port on the back of the carb.

My Edelbrock came with some fittings but not all that I needed, and no plugs. Good Luck. J

I have mine from the intake, but I have problems with my power brakes not being power at idle because of my cam. Is there any fix for this? Would it be an easy conversion back to manual?

72step, you can buy a vaccum cannister that holds excess vaccum until you need to stop. Summit and Jeg's carry them.
