lets see some grill guards

i have one that could plow through a brick wall and not touch the inner grill and i got to thinking i want to see what other kind of homemade or aftermarket grill guards and heavy duty front bumpers have been put on our trucks

here is the one on my GMC

Here's a few pics of one I built for my 69, it also served as an air tank for a compressor I had hooked up to it, also had a hitch pin on each side you could pull and the bumper would swing down to use as a step to have better reach into the engine bay. Its coming off soon and going to build a new one for my 10,000 Ramsey winch.

And the one on the 69 which I believe to be a factory or dealer option.

Here is one on my 4x4. They were popular in Louisiana in the 70's and 80's.

The grille is almost in perfect condition because it had this huge guard to protect it.
