I just ordered a set and a new chrome dash bezel, can't wait to see them in place, of course it could be months not planning on putting in all the new trim parts I have until after it's painted, well I'm putting on the mirrors, I broke the cheap plastic replacement mirror on the drivers side today when I tried to adjust it (argh).

I ordered a set in black to re-do a tach cluster I picked up a while back. The tach works but the white on the dial has yellowed bad so I figured I would try the overlays. I have not installed them yet but they should work ok (I hope). It would be nice to here from other board members who have installed them to get any "tricks" to install them nicely.

I think they are well worth the 20 dollars. The 19? light bulbs will seem brighter after you install these overlays. If you paint the bulbs the color of your truck, it looks pretty cool.
Heres a pic of mine. Durangedesign.com sells a vaccuum and tach overlay in white too.

for the $20 and the easy or install, I would go with it if you just want to use the stock gauges btu have them white. I used them since I couldnt afford autometers.

One problem is that it is hard to read the numbers at night. The numbers will not light up on the plastic.

In the kit from Duranged Design, they also supply you with a white overlay for your a/c controls, but no overlays for heater setups.
