Kenneth Chevrolet orig owner?? Ebay?

Huh? Here is the link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...item=2459960182
The guys says that Kenneth Chevrolet was the original owner and that the blazer is "all original"
That color and paint aren't original are they? No bids yet? Anyone have any idea what this guy is talking about?

bad add

I will give seller benefit of doubt and say that it is just a poorly written add. Chevrolet comment looks to be there to mean something it might not be though.

I would steer clear.

body colored bumpers arent original and I highly doubt the paintjob is either. also, what is up with the center console? can't really tell since they only took like 4 photos for a $10k starting bid.

I once found a pretty decent Blazer in a junkyard. The old guy that ran the place told me that the original owner was John Wayne's grandson. Had some nice stuff on it but he wasn't real interested in parting it out. He was way more interested in showing me this tire shredding machine he made. That thing was an accident waiting to happen. One of these days I'm going to stop by and see if the Blazer is still there.

All original huh...I didn't know G.M. lowered them from the factory.

How about the ply wood panels in the back? I agree about the console being not factory fresh too.

And please correct me if I am wrong, but was there a maroon offered in 72? I don't think there was.

I wouldn't go near that truck with my cash. Those people are either ignorant, stupid or just plain lieing. I don't know, but to me "all original" means ALL ORIGINAL! That means, never been painted, never had engine rebuilt, tires changed, lowered, bumpers painted.......boneheads

so the guy's last name is Chevrolet ... big deal ... although that is cool as hell, it doesn't make the vehicle worth more ...

How is that any different than a T-Bird owned by "Ol' Lady Ford" being worth anything more than an old used T-bird?
