a/c line caps?
my compressor is off. there are 4 lines i need to cap. 2 that go into the box on the firewall, and 2 that go into the condensor infront of the radiator.
where can i get caps for these? i tried normal brass caps, but they wouldnt work |

Put a small plastic bag over them and duck tape it tight.
You DO NOT want any moisture to get in them. |

now i know there are other people on here that have removed it that have more then a bag covering it

Personally, I would just remove the condensor until/if you get ready to hook the ac back up. For the firewall pipes, go to the hardware store and look for some of the rubber caps they make. They come in different colors and sizes. The plumbing section might be a good place to start. I've seen them before, but can't for the life of me remember where it was.

i found something good
little caps that you put on the bottom of walkers or canes or crutches worked great! |
