How do I reduce the size of my pics, using MS Paint? This is driving me nuts... HELP

I am not sure how to do it in M/S Paint, but if you have M/S Office Professional there is a Photo editor that works great. It is called M/S Photo Editor. Not the answer you wanted but thought i would give it a shot anyway.

I prefer PhotoImpact, but if you don't have any other photo editing software, here are some screen shots of how to do it in Paint... you will still need to play with sizes as it does not allow you to adjust the file size (in bytes).

You may have to try a few combo's before you get it down to the size you need. If you are reducing them to post here, the two requirements are; the maximum file size is 102400 bytes AND the image can be no wider than 642 pixels.
