Just a ? for ya!

It is rattleing my little brain what the W stands for in all the short hand letters that represents our trucks.

SB small block
SS step side
BB big block
IL in-line
FS fleet side

SWB ????
SWB Fleetside??

swb = short wheel base or short wide bed....

No it isn't.
There's a hand full of ppl who call them SWB/SNB...short wide bed, and short narrow bed, and then LWB/LNB which is the same but in long form.
Personally I have never heard of a "nerrow" bed in my life untill i came on here, and all the GM books and papers call them short wheel base and long wheel base.
I even said something at the dealer once, (I was there already B.S.'in with a civil war buff I know there) and when i mentioned it, he busted out laughing and told all the others there, now I am refered to as the retard, and a couple of them have tried addressing me as that.
