Went junkyarding today!!

It was about 60 degrees today so I played hookey and hit the slavage yards. About $120 later I got the following:

- '74 low back buckets in great shape
- '71 Blazer bucket brackets to go on the above
- power steering pulleys
- Chrome soft-ray vent windows
- Early 90s S-10 Blazer seat belts (looking for advice later!)
- 69/70 auto gear indicator (the good, low profile metal one!)
- Straight dump non-a.i.r. ram horn in VG shape
- And last but not least, a very nice van tilt!

I need to play hookey more often!!

Never enough daylight for shopping in a junkyard.
I went today also.
I picked up a 80 camaro tach/gauges...will see if the other gauges will work on our bezel.
dash wiring harness.
Looked for possible 350 to rebuild.

robertwb, they fit the 4wds and in certain configurations will fit the 2wds. There's a thread fairly close to the top now about this.

Hookey

I'm fortunate enough to have a job that allows me to get..."sick"...every once and a while and get paid for it!

Went to the yards again today and picked up a '70 3/4 ton ps and pb setup and a '72 Blazer passenger bucket with brackets in nice shape. Some near new Warn hubs for $10 too. It's been way too long and had to get it out of my system.

Straight dump ram horns came on all 4X4s both sides and 4spd 2 wheel drives on the drivers side.

Jason
