I have one out of a '78 I believe that I will sell. It has the integrated head.

I honestly don't know how many miles were on the motor. I came out of my best friends truck. I could look at the odometer and let you know an estimate though. It was a shop truck for a trucking company and it never left the lot. The motor ran, but I believe it needed a new carb on it. It will definitely fit in your truck as the motors didn't change. It doesn't have any accessories on it though. It does have the brackets. I can get you some pictures today if you like.
