If I have a quadrajet that was set up to run on a 305 and want to put it on a 350 with a comp cam and double hump heads, what all would I need to change to make it run well. What jet sizes would you recommend, etc.

Bolt it on and see how it does. Quads will do quite a lot of self adjusting.
Run it for a day and check the plugs.

If you need some jets let me know ive got a bunch of 75s i was tryin to jet mine down and i got several parts carbs and they all have 75s except for the last one wich had 72s if you have some smaller than 72s ill trade for some 75s and the corrosponding metering rods.
