bumpers
I have a 68 GMC, short wheel base, 2wd, Rear leaf spring. I am wondering if the front bumper is the same as a chevy of the same year. I noticed that from 70-72 the front bumpers on chevys and GMCs are different. I was also wondering if the rear bumper and brackets are the same as a chevy of the same year. If not which ones do I need. In all the Resto magazines the rear bumper brackets are listed only for coil spring applications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wes is a professional parts vendor...I would trust his word.
I had been under the impression it was just 67 that used the chevy bumper, but Like I said, i trust Wes. Welcome to the board 383gmc...where you located, and what's the details of your rig? |

Hey Wes! You are absolutely correct! Since I seconded the motion, do we have a quorum to put it up to a vote?
