Not a truck but HELP PLEASE

Het guys you have helped me alot with my truck so maybe you can answer this. My daughter just came in and told me her car(97 chevy cavalier) was acting up, so I went to look at it and the light on the dash says ETS off. My question is what is ETS any Ideas????? Thanks
