Talking I Found It After 12 Years

I was lost for a while and could not find the board. But I am back now and have the rig that I have wanted from the begining. It arrived in my driveway yesterday.
72 K5 , no engine or top but is in great shape otherwise. It will take some work and money to get him on the road but I hope to by mid summer. Jonses swamp is calling his name. I took a few pics to share with you folks.

Thanks for the replies!
Alex, the fence had to go. I am going to talk with my neighbor this week about calling the law. If he does it again, I will be forced to build a fence of tailgates and hoods that don’t mach and I will also have to to kick his but.
Krue, when I finally do make it to Gulfport, I definitely want to meet you and Ed. I should have done this last year.
As for it being a he, the 68 needed a boyfriend. I just haven’t figured out his name.
Avatar changed. Thanks for reminding me Jewels.
Thanks again.

Nice looking ride, where'd you find it? You hardly ever see those around here.
There is one (71/72 lifted) up Ten Mile Road a ways that has been parked for at least the last seven years, but looks in remarkably good shape...it's not for sale though- trust me. I asked.
Congrats!

I know the feeling, I thought that I would never own a Jimmy or Blazer, they arent all that common around here, but then I found one and to make things even better its a 2wd, too bad its a piece of crap though :p

No top?

nice truck, let me guess it was on 90 just east of Davis. I was hoping it would go to a nice home. BTW, hello neighbors ( WORNBRAKES and greasemonkey). I live in Myrtle Grove.

Ahhh you don't want that old thing! I'll be coming though Pensicola April 3 and 10th. What day would be better for you and I'll get that mess out of your driveway?

Lots of potential in that truck.

From what I see, the body looks solid. That's a lot of the
battle. Good luck.

Thanks for the comments. Yep stepside71 this is the one that was on 90. You aren't that far from me. I am in Bellview, off of Blue Angle and greasemonkey is off of 9 1/2 mile and hwy 29. The body on the truck is solid. The only real rot is under the seat. The boxes and tub are in good shape otherwise. It could use a new pass fender but when I get 38's I will probably end up just trimming the rust off to make room. The top was left in California when the truck moved here. I am going to Linex the inside and make a few different bikini tops for it. I would love to put a 68 front clip on it but just not the one from my C20. All progress will be posted here.
Sorry Grim Reaper, but I chained the truck to the house so he doesn’t wonder.
