pre formed stainless exhaust

Anybody out there know of a source for a stainless exhaust with crossover and mandrel bends to he rear of the truck to fit a 72 shortbed? It would be tying into full length headers already on the truck. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Stainless Works makes kits for f-bodies that could prob be adapted to your truck. As for a direct bolt-on kit specifically for trucks, I've never heard of one.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

You will probally have to find a descent exhaust shop, around here one of the best places to go is Meineke, they have guys willing to do a descent job. Midas doesn't even want to touch the stuff, only replacement factory stuff.

I bought one that was really expensive and am not happy with it at all. I'll probably end up scrapping it and taking it to a credible muffler shop. Theres just too many variables to make a one-fit-all exhaust. People tried to tell me that before I bought this one, but i always gotta learn the hard way, either way, good luck!

SS Exhaust

If you have straight down rams horns, '72 Corvette aftermarket SS exhausts are a bolt in to the area below the cab. After that you'll have to go to a shop.

I'm going to get my stainless exhaust put on in a few weeks for the K20. I bought 5 pieces of 10' long stainless tubing. I bought stainless muffers from Allen's Stainless in Indiana. I get my stainless exhaust for Corvettes from him. I wanted a reasonbly quiet stock type muffler. I have Borlas on my Blue K20 and not only has two of them been returned but hey are too loud. I had to put glass packs in the tail pipes to quiet it down some.
