Talking Three Top Suppliers?

Well I got to meet Tim Christian from Christian Classic's this week and it was a real pleasure. I have now purchased from Christian Classics, Classic Heartbeat, and GMC Pauls...and from my experience all three are class acts. Yes I realize that there is one of you out there who might disagree..but...no-one is 100% perfect. At least not yet? I know there are other great suppliers out there and we need to toot their horn when we have had a good experience with them. I have had only one bad experience with a supplier and he was about far south as you can go without going into the water. I won't mention his name but we should give praise to the suppliers who have earned it. My hat is off to...Christian Classics...Classic Heartbeat...GMCPauls. You ask me who would I prefer ? All three have been fair and helpful when I have purchased parts from them or just called and have asked for advice. Again this is what makes this hobby great...we have GREAT suppliers and people on these and other boards who a A#!!!
PS...This is a non paid cadvertisement....but I can be bought!!!HeHeHe

Never dealt with Tim YET, but I have dealt with GMC Pauls and they are awesome!. Especially the free bumper stickers .

Early Classic Enterprises is another one of the best IMO.

This is good feedback...for those who are new to this hobby this will be helpful info so right off the bat they can deal with vendors who know these trucks, are helpful, and that are also honest in their dealings

From the vendors and others I've bought from no problems at all. And hope to do business with them again. I think everyone can say that this board is 90 to 99% true to what they sell and say. Thats a pretty good rate IMHO.

Hey, I've bought from GMC Pauls, Tim Christian, Shawn and Atheys, they have all been good to deal with. Knowledgable and quick to ship. Got a bent fender from GMC Paul, shipping damage, he made it good right away.
Haven't dealt with too many board members but gotta toot Weasels horn for a 69-70 grill he sold me.

I have purchased parts from GMC Pauls and have no complaints here. Pleasure to deal with, and will buy from again.

I bought a bunch of interior stuff from Chevy Duty. Wasn't exactly personal. Transaction was handled all on-line. Zero people interaction. Stuff was shipped quick and packaged well though. Would buy again if only because site is laid out well.
My buddy bought some stuff from LMC truck. I couldn't say much more than that. Not good or bad. I don't know much about the transaction cause he died a little after he got his parts.
Gives me reason to spend money on my truck NOW!

Thanks guys for the info on parts suppliers. I have been using Chevy Duty and they have been great. The tech guys are very helpful. LMC has a good catalog, but the service isn't so hot. Thanks again, I'll be trying the other recommendations.

Last week my friend, his fiancee, and I went on vacation in Florida, so we made sure we stopped by Mothertruckers. Got some great parts at great prices, he's a nice guy to deal with!

I agree, they are all good suppliers, but from a recent experience, I learned that it pays to watch the shipping charges. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be not so good with a very high shipping charge added to it. Just something to keep in mind.

It's been good dealing with WES and the small truck talk we've had while i called in for a order is always cool. keep up the good work WES!

I'm a ECE customer also and i have never had a single problem with them. Any product defect, they are very willing to replace. Any tech help i need they are very willing to help me through. They are a great set of guys.

I haven't delt with many other vendors but from what I have read about the other board venders i wouldn't give it a second thought.

Before I found this board I bought a whole bunch of stuff from Classic Industries. Their folks were very knowledgeable about the parts and the trucks and the quality of the parts was excellent. At the time, they were offering 20% all items except for "kits" which was a very good deal plus free shipping over $1,000. Since then, I have purchased from WES and found him to be top notch too.

GMC Paul and Classic Heartbeat. I never did business with any of the others so I couldn't give a good opinion either way. These two were excellent though. I got my stuff fast and they never hesitated to field any questions I had if I called.
