ready for reassembly

Anybody ever had to straighten your frame?
I'm not sure if my frame is bent or not....the truck was rolled, but i put it back together. I could never really get the same gap on both sides between the back of the cab and the front of the box. seems to drive okay though, and tracks striaght when I take my hands off the wheel while driving.
If it is bent, is worth getting it straightened, or should I just get a new one? It's the original frame(4x4) so I'd like to keep it, but are repaired frames as strong?? Anybody done this? $$? Thanks guys Jason

I just droped my truck off at the frame shop today and wont get the quot on how much it will cost tell monday or so

Repaired frames are fine--provided you get someone who knows what they're doing. You'll likely have to do a lot of cross measuring to find the bend.

Repaired mine after major front end damage. Cost about $400. If I had to do it again I would get a new chassis, as they are only about $300. Again, I had alot of damage, for less damage I would probobly look into having it trued up.

I had my frame straightened when I first got mine. One of the front horns had obviously taken a pretty good knock. They fixed the frame, and aligned the front end for $300... money well spent.
