Some weekend progress pics
Well the wifey and I tackled the body of the 72 this weekend. This was our first time ever tackling a full body job like this.
Here is the hood that Shawna worked on for almost 9 hours sanding, popping dents, filling dents, glazing, wetsnading and priming . It is absolutely FLAWLESS

Drivers side needs a bit more touch up work done on the front corner of the fender, but it's getting there

And the cursed cab corners. This was my first time welding and we installed them using flux core on a little 110 mig. This is just the first coat of filler on there. They still need a little touching up
Thats all for now.

Sorry Jeff.... after doing this truck ....I am convinced to save up the cash for some one to do my 58 for me. That has to be the most tedious Piddly-ass job I've ever had to do!!!!!! And I'm a perfectionist so I almost gave myself a stroke trying to get things how I wanted them!

It's probably an illusion but that hood looks like a 67-68 hood.

Dam, she puts the shifter info you, sands the hood, nice job on hood by the way, You better be good to her, a gal like this is hard to find. You better have her check over that motor after you put the old lifters in just any old place.. Looks good, should have done by the end of March..
