71 c10 custom long box all or parts

Any reasonable offers will be considered, 3 days till this thing gets crushed. call 319 278 9002

I have a c10 long box I am parting out. I would like to sell it whole, as it was a pretty decent driver. Haven't gotten any takers on it yet complete, so I have started parting it out in preparation for the swap at hawkeye downs this weekend.

The front clip has been removed, but it is all there yet.
Excellent hood,
above average pass side fender, (SOLD)
dr side fender with rust through on wheel well from about 11 oclock to 1 oclock.
Core support very good except under battery box.
average inner and outer grill, inner cracked but complete
front disk brakes
Exc emmissions cannister and mount,
exc washer bottle and mount.
Inner wells pretty rough but saveable.
Pass side door very good
driver side door, very little rust, but big ol dent
inner door panels above average
intr cluster w/gauges 50$
above average dash pad, one small crack, 1/2" long? $40
box with very little rust $350
exc tailgate $100
spare tire mount $30

Located near waterloo iowa, I would like $500 for the whole truck but am open to offers on any or all of it, will deliver within 300 miles at $.50/ mile

loading my camera software again, for the fourth time

Thanks for the interest, I am having camera and software problems. I should have this fixed by tomorrow at which time I wll be glad to post a few pics for you all.

They are green and in very good condition. No tears, a slight amount of swelling, but very little. No woodgrain, but all the scrollwork in the vinyl.

Price? still workin on that too, I am open to reasonable offers. My zip is 50702 for figuring shipping.

Thanks for the interest, the outer grill has a couple of small dents, both are near the headlights, just to the outside of headlight and up a little from center. Both could easily be tapped out.

I have an offer for 150 for both the inner and oute. As mentioned, the inner has a few cracks in it, but all the pieces are there and it is all one piece

Thanks for info on door panels but if they are 1972 panels they are molded plastic not vinyl covered. Either your truck is a 71 or someone has switched panels and window cranks. Thanks for reply anyway.

Gee, don't I feel silly, you own a truck fo rover ten years, you'd think you'd know what year it is. When I bought it, the kid told me 72, I never looked at the title, go figure. Thanks Solver for raising my awareness.

Anyhoo, it is a 71, the cab is in fair condition, not nearly as rusty as you would figure for Iowa. It is also for sale. $200 or offer It is not AC

Tailgate is in very good condition. I will try to post pics tonite of everything, still trying to sort out the damned camera and software. I apologize for ht einconvenience.

sorry about the bed floor pic quality, what is shown is the worst of the rust, the only spots that are through the floor are a few pencil sized holes forward and slightly inside of the wheel wells. Where the floor meets the wells, and box sides and front are all very solid. The holes that exist could easily be wire welded shut, they are very small.

The steering wheel is cracked in several places, the inertia locks on the belts are stuck, but could probably be kroiled loose.

Make me an offer, figure shipping from 50702 to get an idea of the prices for that.

Ok guys, as much as I hate to do it, as a result of lack of interest and elevated scrap prices, this truck is going to the crusher.

I am going to scrap it friday, 26 mar, 2004. I am open to reasonable offers on anything I have posted up until this point. As a matter of principle, I will NOT give this stuff away for peanuts, I know it has value, and would really like to see someone get some use out of it.

So, make me an offer, you pay the shipping from 50702, or I will deliver the whole truck for $.50 per mile, upon being presented a reasonable offer for the truck in its entirity. I sold the drivers side fender this weekend, other than that everything is still there.

It has a fairly solid box, factory tinted windows, padded dash with 1 small 1/2" crack, excellent hood, evap cannister, front disk brakes, windshield washer reservoir, good instr. cluster(no tach, no clock), above average grill and surround, core support, 3 core radiator. This truck was a driver up until a couple of months ago.

Again, I hate to do it, but am being left no choice by the mrs. I have too many other projects and something has to go.

I also have a very good 64 aluminum grill, and both front fenders from a california 64 truck. original Sill plates and a set of aftermarket rockers for same.

Thanks for looking.

Jay(not a very happy camper right now)

I also have bedside spare mount, oem.
glove box door
rear step bumper, don't know if it is a factory one or an add on
tail light lenses
back up light
very good tail gate
decent drivers side door, large dent but no creases
pass side door, very straight, minimal rust
