I wanted to know if a 1969 GMC Grille will fit on my 1972 GMC. I want to buy it but I need to make sure it will fit. The picture looks like they are the same but I want to make sure.

It will fit, but they are not the same. The 71-72 GMC grill has raised areas that are painted semi gloss black. The 68-70 GMC grills do not. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

The 67 GMC grille will fit too. It's just like the 68-70 grille except it has GMC stamped on it, or is it like the 71/72 grille except with the same exceptions as the 68-70 grille with GMC stamped on it. I forget which

Physically all years are interchangeable coupled with the correct top bar and hood latch to match the front sheetmetal.

The simple answer is still "yes".

Hey CPNE, if I understand it right I can put a 67 grille on my 71 GMC with the 68/72 topbar and the 69-72 GMC Front Fender Eyebrows????

69-72 topbar. The 68 top bar is the same as the 67. Everything else you stated is correct.
