front tire wear

what would cause the front tires to wear alot more in the middle than the outsides?

I would guess that would indicate too much air pressure.

wayy too much air pressure the sidewalls of a radial should be bowed out a bit especially on the front they will look low at proper pressure

11 inch wide tires, but what is the rim width?
If you have 8 or 9 inch rims, then that is the problem regardless of the tire pressure.
If you have wide rims, you need to inflate them to what ever the side wall says.

they are 10 inch wide rims. and it looks like the entire tire is on the ground and the side walls are slightly bowed out.
