Cool Run to the Sun Car Show at M/B

[COLOR=red][B]OK you wanted pictures here they come. It's going to be a long morning posting all of these. I took mostely pictures of 67/72 trucks but I got some other's also. Ken, sorry after talking with you I forgot to get the pictures of your truck. It is a very nice truck too I may add. It was great meeting you and hope to see you again.
I hope everyone enjoy's these and likes the pictures, they are to veiw and enjoy looking at these year trucks and what other people think they should look like, and maybe get some Idea's for your own.

Can anybody guess who's this Sub. belonged too. He added a serpentine belt system to it.

This was a really nice truck that was at it's first show. He was asking $69,000 for it. The pictures don't do this truck justice it was nice, but all show. The guy lives in Conover N.C., his name is H. Wilson. I do an other thread later on it.

It had the new 502 big block with F/I had it gone through and said it was pushing over 650HP.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I was at the show on Saturday afternoon, and there seemed to be a good representation of our years trucks and suburbans there. Andy posted some that I didnt see, but then again, I saw some that he didn't post. There were one or two vendors over across the street that had parts and things also. Areally nice show, glad that I was out this way and to be able to make it down there.

Cool Pictures

70 longbed,
I didn't post some of my pictures because some of the trucks were there last year and I posted them then. You are right though we had a bunch of our year truck's there this year, probablly the most I've seen in the last 8 years that I have been going. Wished we would have been able to meet up and meet.

Cool Which One?

This is mine. I was parked Saturday beside a 32 ford and a 50 merc. I had a 10x10 tent behind my truck right where you crossed over to go to the vender's area. Here's a picture. It needs a paint job bad, it's not been painted since about 92. Since we have a place down there I take it to have a place to sit and a reason to go.

Hey Andy I seen you there!! I was gonna stop and talk to ya when i stopped and looked at your truck but the other 2 guys i was with didn't want to stop. There were so many awesome vehicles there I walked for about 6 hrs. and didn't see some of those burbs. You didn't happen to get a pic of that chopped orange van with the big block and the blower in the middle of the van surrounded by plexiglas did you? That thing blew my mind!!! I'm sure glad I went down there but I wish i would of drove my truck. I don't think i could've handled all the sitting in traffic though cause my truck overheats sitting and idling like that. I came up friday night and cruised the strip and we moved like 8 blocks in an hour and a half. Then I got all tipsy and passed out in our car in the street. Ended up getting a room later on when the cops told us we couldn't sleep in our car. I had a blast at the show though.

You were packed up and leaving when I saw you and your truck, I crossed right behind where you were parked, and walked through the vendor area again before I left. You were talking to someone, so I missed talking to you.

Show was awesome. The trucks and cars were bigger and better than last year. I'm already looking for next year.
