possible stripped out hinge bolts on door
i am or was,in the process of trying to adjust my drivers door to see how my new rockers are gonna fit and i think i may have stripped out the 3 on top....what would be the thing to do,tap those out and go with a bigger bolt?....i dont suppose you can replace that part of the door can you?....the part that is threaded on the door

Bummer, seem's like there is enough material that you could tap the hole bigger but keep in mind that you may have to enlarge the door hinge hole's also..

You could heli-coil it...or just use longer bolts and put nuts inside the door

The body shop stripped mine, too. Longer bolts with nuts worked great.
