header size?

hey i am still looking at headers and now i just was wondering what would the best primary size tubing be for me? i am running vortec heads with a 30 over 350 and small dish pistons.... i cant remember the cam specs right now but it is on the mild to wild side... more wild.

so should i go

1 5/8's
or
1 3/4's???

Thanks everyone

that motor wont need anymore than 1 5/8 and even theres a lot of room for upgrades and those headers would still be fine as said unless your building an all out drag motor 1 5/8 are fine
