Correct me if I'm wrong, but that doesn't look like a factory tow hook for our trucks. The angle of the hook relative to the bolts is off 90°.

badpeanut is right, that hook isn't correct.
and $650 for a used PTO winch? is that their going price or am I nuts?

The mounting holes look like "ours", the aftermarket ones I have seen and have don't typically have that beefy area around the holes. It looks like an original that someone possibly heated and twisted?

That tow hook looks like it is off a GM bus. I have a set. I thought I had found the holy grail ... and then spent thirty minutes braeking them off the bus, paid $20 bucks for them ...only to realize they don't fit our trucks correctly.
