I will be there on Saturday when the gates open. Should be in the swap meet area most of the time and then I will be leaving by noon as I have to set up a birthday party for my mom. She hits the big 60!!! (Not willingly though)

So, if anyone want to meet up with me, call me on my cell 707-694-0214 and I will be driving the red 67 3/4 4x4 Burb. Check it out as I best that it will be the one time you get to see a 67 4x4 burb!! They only made 286 of them that year!! (166 1/2, 120 3/4).

Thumbs up Pleasanton

I'll be there but not sure how early. I want to get there real early but a friend of mine wants to go and you know how that is! " I'll be right there" and it takes 45 minutes for a 10 minute drive! But I'll be sure to look up that 67 burb. PARTS PARTS PARTS!!!! Ooooooooooo like a candy store!

Thumbs up

I should get there late morning, 10:30 or so. Yeah, if I were going solo, I'd be there when the gate opens. But then, having the sexy-sassy wife along has it's pros! I'll be lookin for that 67 too.

I will be there, most likely early. We should pick a place and time to meet up and see some faces to the names.

Pleasanton

How about the main gate of the swap meet area at 10AM. I will be wearing a LAID BACK BOATERS t-shirt. I haven't been on this board for a while, but used to be a regular.

Hi Guys,
I went today, and boy was it packed. Did any of you guys see a young guy walking around wearing a Chevy Talk T-shirt? That was me.
Was thinking of driving my truck up there today, but chickened out. Hey, how about all those '67s-72 trucks.

HUGE.

Show was HUGE. Not certain what to say. Didn't see you or your T-shirt. Anyone see the SWEET black Cheyenne that sold in the "for sale" section? Or the FLAMED one with the phantom grill in the same section? Or the pearl white one as you came in the enterance? Or the steel one all fabbed inside the gate? Or any of the others near the 4x4's?

John, didn't see the red BURB...but there was so much there, I am certain that I missed half of it. GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY, I was a bit overwhelmed. And my little dude, well...he could take it for too, after 3 hours he was too tired to keep there any longer.

WOW. I tool some pics...will share them later in the week.

Talking the show was awesome!

THere was so many vehicles you couldn't walk around the grass area! I wonder how much that CHeyenne went for? I was mostly at the swap. Sacto was that you with the baby in the backpack deal? I arrived at 830, yes I know LATE!, but I stayed until 330! Wife was nuts when I arrived home but was all nice when she found out all that I spent. Just $30! Yes, I bought an aluminum license plate frame w/light and a Cavalier steering wheel! That modified steel truck was awesome! How about those kids with the lifted H2?! He could barely drive, less pay for all of that! IT was nice but WOW!

Well I had lent my camera out so no pics from me but it was a great show! Time to go put that rollpan on and that steering wheel now! Have a great weekend!

P/S I was the guy with the Raiders hat on and Silver sleeved Raiders Jacket. Oh yeah we like the Raiders in the Bay Area so it might have been difficult to pick me out from the rest of the Hispanics in the neighborhood!

Raider fans are crazy...I guess you were not the one with the raider emblem tatooed to the back of his bald head!

Saw the lifted H2, the guy was in it and it was running (darn was it quiet) and I was trying to get a pic of my son in front of it, then I realized he might get run over. So we jst got out of the way. Never saw him move it though.

Nope, my dude is 4+ years old, he is either on my shoulders or walking by himself and things like this.

I didn't even make it to the swap meet area!!! BIG SHOW.
