Found cancer..

I had a chance to look under the floor mat that covers the entire floor of the truck. Sadly right below the vent on the drivers side floor is eat clear through. Does anyone know a good metal worker in Northern CA? It so far looks like the spot runs down the side of the cab alongside the rubber for about 13 inches. A few spots along that route are not rusted through all the way... but the majority is. From about the middle of the seat down the back of the cab is got surface rust. But thats it. I was able to sand some off today and prime them. Then the dam rain started in on me. Any ideas? So far that side is the only spot I am able to find. I am going to take a pic so you guys can judge it.
