4x4 SM465 w/shifter from '69 K20, $100, MN

Hi guys, my dad just gave this to me, told me I can sell it and use the money to buy a 2WD manual tranny for my '72. Dad got this 13 years ago when he bought his '69 K20, originally this was mated to a rockwell T221 t-case. This was an "extra" and hasn't seen much use (less than 40k as I understand it). Has been stored inside with gear oil in and cover on. Shifts fine thru all the gears, includes a shifter and bellhousing w/fork. Will probably need new seals. I want $100 even for this setup. Will deliver to general twin cities area for free or local states for $.50/mile. Can ship but would prefer not to.
