bfg all terrains...the price may be a little steep, tho.

another good tire is the Goodyear Workhorse radial. i think 32" is about the biggest diameter they make for this tire. my dad always puts them on his work trucks, they have an a ggressive tread and wear like iron.

me too!

I need something in a 32" also, I don't think 33" will fit mine. Stock steel rims right now, probably 8" wide rims.

Anyone else have a suggestion?
Snow/ice, highway, and offroad.

I had the BFG all terrains and slid all over in the winter, not so impressed, though nice in everything else.

I ran 32x11.50/15 wildcat all-terrain tires on my truck for about 2 years. Those tires did what i wanted them to almost every time. Mine didn't wear very good on the street, but I guess when you just got your license and a V8, that happens.

Kuhmo Venture MTs are supposed to be good tires from what i've heard, and the price isnt really that bad either @ 96.00 a pop. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

Exact same here, mine are M/Ts and on black 15x8s, work great but don't know about mileage and their a little loud on the road. But so far they have done great, but their brand new and have very few miles so far. So far my off-road experiences have been good, great traction, but what do ya expect from a M/T, they also seem to have a fairly soft compound so I don't expect a ton of miles out of them. And all terrain would probably be better for you for snow traction, everybody I talked to said they had great experiences with the BFG all terrains. Remember, if their on a pickup they don't have much weight on the back and will slide all over no matter what kind of tire you have, put some weight in the bed and it will make a huge difference.

12.5" tire on 8" rims is common practice by use off-roaders, run less risk of blowing a bead that way. I would run no wider than a 10" rim on 12.5" tires. I had a set of 10.5" tires on 10" wheels once and that was horrible, would blow beads real easy if you weren't careful.
