i got a free mig welder
today while i was at my friends house borrowing shop space and tools he was showing me this cheap 100 dollar mig welder that he had bought at harbor freight that he was going to use for parts but could not use the parts so he told me that i could have it for working on my truck with, and of course i accepted, so now i am going to tackle my floor pans on day this week but i just had to brag,
it might be a cheap welder but it is good for a first welder.

Sweet deal....free is good! Migs are really easy to learn if you don't have alot of experience welding.....kinda like using a caulking gun

You know since it was free, when you upgrade....you could always send it to me.....but I expect you to keep it in good shape...

$100.00 welder???? From Harbor Freight???? Free??? You may find that even though it was free that it will cost you alot of time waiting for the machine to cool down, trying to fill holes that the welder burned through, and grinding the welds. So make sure you have a good grinder with PLENTY of grinding wheels and couple rolls of wire.
