Wanted: Eaton Parts
I have a 1972 Chev 3/4 ton 4x4 and I am looking for a 4.56 (or higher) third member for an eaton rear axle I have a 4.10 in it now and also a spare 4.10 third member, axle housing and shafts if anyone is interested. I know that there was like three different gear ratios available for this rear end.

I would be glad to trade you my 5.14 for your 4.10, I wonder how much shipping would be?
Anyone know a weight on one of these? Chris |

456 carrier
Look on car-part.com . Enter a 69 20 series (88 and older) then pick carrier (see differintal) there are several on here for $150. had found a 456 locker in utah for $75.00 plus freight to north carolina and ups charged $25.00 to get it here in three days.

too bad you aren't closer, I have an HO52 sitting in the garage with 4.57, and i was thinking of swapping to 4.11...oh well. i need to find a new front axle first anyway.
