Its really True.. supply dictates demand..its clear its not very many of these things around and the guys looking for them know that,so in their eyes maybe a once in a lifetime item..but its still crazy.

I've been there
On my 49 f***d I used to buy the rare stuff too. I paid 350 for a cigarette lighter and i don't even smoke! My brother paid 2000 for a set of spotlights that needed restoration and 1000 for a 1" outside thermometer for a 41 chevy! We're crazy but it's better than spending that cash on drugs. Crazy kids need to build more cars!
