rocker fitment
Everyone of these trucks I have put rockers in, I've had to weld an extension in the rocker so it would line up w/ the door skin. I dont't think it has anything to do w/ door length. It probally has more to do w/ these trucks not being lined up good when they were built and aftermarket parts. I've looked at a lot of unrestored trucks and the rockers and doors didn't line up much better than your pic. Just get ur bodyman to extend the rocker, It shouldn't take much over an hour so it's not that bad. Here's a link to the last '69 I restored for one of my customershttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2470420523&category=39409
