Gas filler patch panel and front clip question

Does anyone have one of EFABMAN's filler panels for the gas tank hole that they are not using and want to get rid of?

Also, put the front clip back on; put the bolts in place, now can't get the radiator core support mounts to line up enough to drop the bolts in. Do I need to do the front then work my way back and up, or is this a message therapy thing, that I need to work out.
