I like the looks of the specialty tops better. They seem to fit a little better (from the pictures I've seen.) I have an old Kayline and it is quite durable. The windows are a little scratched up and the rear zippers are broken, but other than that it is in good shape. The sides roll up like a safarri top or you can fold the whole thing down into the space behind the rear seat. The down side is that there are snaps screwed into the windshield frame and tailgate. SPC's fast track tops don't require the snaps, but the side windows zip out rather than roll up. To me, that means you have to have a place to store them.

another new guy
Hi All,
I was wondering, is there any companies who make hard tops? I just purchased a 1970 K5 Blazer and have found a lot of the different websites where I can order probably any part that I will need, but haven't found anything about hard tops. I'm sure there are lots of threads out there, like my subject says,"another new guy". Any help is greatly appreciated. |
