Haha great.. yes runs fine. I suppose I'll leave it and clean up the welds.. putting a 4 speed in it this week. Was just kinda freaked.. never seen one back that far...

I agree with the others when they say to leave it there (as long as everything is working fine). On the 67-72 4WDs, the engines sit way back similar to the way yours does.

Mine has a 3 speed man in it now, switching to a 4 speed Monday.. so I should be fine right?

UPDATE! Neighbor left new motor mounts on my porch as a gift and his brother that owns the shop is making a new cross member and installing my Muncie!!! Engine will be a ton easier to work on.. so blessed to have cool neighbors.
