My truck has always had this issue and i just never thoguht about it (as it drives an shifts fine etc.) But from a dead stop if you jump on it it has no get up and go and if your driving along and just step on it it will not kick down into passing gear. Trucks a 84 C35 with a 350 a T400 and a D70 rear end.
