drop spindles 2.5" and springs 2". Align spec

.

I've got the 2.5" spindles and 2" springs on otherwise stock suspension.

I've read through most of the threads here that were returned on a Title search for "camber" as there was only 1 page of results.

What I'm reading is that on these trucks with these lowering specs, the camber adjustment available/possible by adding shims is within acceptable specifications ( around -0.5 or so ). After my recent offroad adventure, I've got roughly -0.8 and -1.0 camber at max shims installed on the -1 side and maybe a small bit of more-toward-positive on the -0.8 side still available.

If my frame rails are factory straight and suspension components hanging from the frame are all not compromised/bent/warped, do the above numbers make any sense?

I'm trying to find proof positive based on experience here that I've got either frame problems or other components mucked up.

Thoughts?

EDIT: The side with -1.0 camber has 4 thick shims in the front and rear (equal) positions. The other side has the same number.

Thank you,

-Kevin
