after thinking about it, since you have another vehicle and don't need to rush i would do what someone else said and completely gut the engine bay of everything. wireing, hoses, any and everything you can. then when you get the enging back in just add the stuff back that you need. you will find out there isn't much under there that you really need. and you can get everything spotless and painted while its out
