If the screws end up not holding, you could always replace those 3" buna gaskets with 3" Torrington bearings and another little bearing on the screw and voila: "Dog Dish Spinners"

(humor...; though I have to admit I'd be gawking if I saw such a thing, and I think if someone posted a thread with that title I would definitely click on it.)
