May be extreme but you could call his local police dept and see what they say or if they could call him for fraud or theft....that may rattle his cage.

Have you tried to do a google search for his phone #?

I dont know who the member is but if hes near houston lemme know and I will track him down for ya, all my brothers are cops

Post his name here maybe. That will usually fix it. I hate to hear this because I am a trusting person & would ship without prior payment to a known board member just knowing that you can call him out & the problem would usually be solved right away. I belong to a few motorcycle boards & have NEVER had any problems with anyone there. Never screw anyone that is doing you a solid! Honesty & a handshake dont mean much anymore...corn

You might contact his local city police department to give him a visit. That is what I did for a pair of bucket seats I got from a Ebay auction. The police in Tomah, WI went over to the seller's house and encouraged him to ship them, otherwise the consequences of a fraud complaint would be much more $$ than stiffing me for $156. Too bad, this board member too is from Oregon! Well, eastern Oregon.

not that it's any help to you at all but i just wanted to say there is still a flip side left in some folk's,already posted it once,but i bought a cab off a guy 2 states away,never met him before in my life,turned out to be one of the best people i have ever met..around 1000 mile's of driving,every thing he said or done was up front...just wanted to throw that in,,completely understand your problem but just wanted to say there are a few good one's left..good luck with the bad apple,,
